The email concern can be part of the email server, network, or phone. Are you also able to receive emails on the website online portal? Have you tried to sign in your email on another device to see if you can receive them? These questions will help you to discover some other possible avenues which may have caused it.

Here, you choose your Phone Manufacturer > then choose your Device > under Software/Network Issues, please choose Email. Most times, an email issue can easily fixed by signing out and signing back into the email. You can click here for device tutorials on how to transfer files from a computer and your phone. You will first choose your device and then click on the Tutorials tab > on the left side column, choose Email & Messaging on the left side column > then Email Settings to see how to remove and add the email account.
